Using the Emmons' quarterly Muster Roll of the Crew and Baxter Billingsley's The Emmons Saga, Jonathan Hoffman and his grandfather, crew member Ed Hoffman, together compiled the exhaustive listing of all 664 officers and crew members who valiantly manned the USS Emmons during her illustrious time at sea during WWII protecting the freedoms we all enjoy today.
